Yesterday afternoon, this game was officially released as an early access game on Steam, possibly confirming the suspicions that my work is not finished for the game quite yet.

Personally, I just finished glancing at some of the reviews so far for the game. Not only were there no overall-negative reviews at this time, at least one of them has acknowledged my contributions to the game, quoted below:

Overall, I'm feeling very excited over the reception so far!

This Friday, NeonXSZ, a game I composed music for and also beta tested the Mac builds of, will be officially available on Steam!

Unfortunately, this also means that the game will finally be full price at that time at $20, so if you use Desura over Steam, be sure to buy it now while it's still discounted!

My work is not done for this project, however: evidently, if this becomes successful, it will have new updates and additions, much like Minecraft, so stay tuned!

Well, sadly, one reason for my hiatus in music was yet more personal issues, which, while they are not worth delving into, did convince me to change some apsects of my lifestyle.

The good news, however, is that this also spawned some ideas for a new album, which I began work on this morning. Its working title is "A Dark Future", meant to express a dystopia that, in some ways, could arguably come true in the future, essentially shelving this particular project along the likes of Perturbator and Carpenter Brut.

Additional good news, this time, relating to one of my game projects: NeonXSZ has been greenlit for Steam! Here is its website, those of you who are not up to speed with it. Intravenous Software, sadly, still does not anticipate an official release for a few more months, but we will both keep everyone updated on a specific date. I also hope to stream my testing the Mac build of the game, for anyone interested in Livestreams. Will post the link in a separate blog post, later, but expect the stream to be online on Saturday, April 26th, at noon EST.
